Join the National Council for Mental Wellbeing for a timely webinar on state-level updates on implementing H.R. 1. States have already taken action on Medicaid service coverage, preparing for budget challenges and allocating funding to support new initiatives through the Rural Health Transformation Program. Jim Sharp, COO and Mental Health Division Director, RCPA, and Emma Sharp, Children’s Services Policy Specialist, RCPA, will be providing an overview of Pennsylvania’s H.R. 1 implementation as well as key strategies for advocacy and partnership with State leaders and system stakeholders.

As states move forward with implementation in 2026 and into next year, this webinar will highlight emerging state activity, key developments to watch, and considerations for behavioral health providers and other stakeholders. We will also discuss how organizations can stay informed and prepare for changes as implementation continues.

Whether you’re tracking H.R.1 implementation, planning for potential Medicaid changes, or supporting communities affected by new requirements, this session will provide practical updates to help you understand the evolving state landscape.

If you have additional questions, please contact Jim Sharp or Emma Sharp.
