The next MLTSS Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for June 1, 2023, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm in the PA Department of Education’s Honors Suite at 333 Market St. in Harrisburg, PA. The option to participate via webinar is also available. To participate in the meeting via webinar, please register here. The next MLTSS Subcommittee is scheduled for September 7, 2022, from 10:00 am — 1:00 pm. The meeting will be held in person in the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Honors Suite, 1st floor, at 333 Market Street Tower in Harrisburg as well as via webinar. The documents from the June 1, 2022, Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) Subcommittee meeting are available for review. The documents include:

  • The agenda;
  • A “Money Follows the Person and Nursing Home Transition” update;
  • A Value-Based Purchasing update from the Department of Human Services (DHS) and the Community HealthChoices Managed Care Organizations (CHC MCOs); and
  • A CHC Financial Management Services (FMS) Transition update.

The next MLTSS Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for July 6, 2022, and will be held in person (and also via remote streaming).

The Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) recently updated its Department Funding web page to include documents outlining how the department is spending its funding by source, including:

  • Supplemental Funding;
  • Substance Abuse Prevention & Treatment Block Grant Supplemental Funding;
  • American Rescue Plan;
  • State Opioid Response II;
  • McKinsey Settlement; and
  • Medical Marijuana Revenue.

DDAP will update this page as new funding sources are announced.
