A message from ODP to ODP Providers:

• As referenced in ODP Announcement ODPANN 21-086, ODP will be processing payments for providers who submitted attestations by December 17, 2021 during the week of December 20, 2021. Providers may confirm that their attestation has been received by reviewing this listing of MPIs. If your MPI is included on this list, ODP will be processing the payment. If your MPI is not on this list and you believe you submitted an attestation prior to December 17, please contact Rick Smith at riesmit@pa.gov.

If there is an ‘X’ in the column labeled “As Requested,” your payment will be consistent with the amount you requested. If there is an ‘X’ in the ‘Maximum Exceeded’ column, your payment will be less than you requested. Providers who requested significantly more than they were eligible to receive have already been contacted. If your requested amount was within a few percentage points of what ODP data shows, you would not have been contacted and will be paid according to ODP data.

Please note that outstanding receivables over 30 days will be deducted from the amount and these payments will be made via Gross Adjustment to the highest billing service location. For providers who qualify for this payment and have not yet submitted an attestation, ODP will process the next batch of payments for attestations received by December 31, 2021.
