The following announcement was shared with all private Intermediate Family Care/Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID) providers regarding a new budget, waiver, and cost reporting process that will be implemented for fiscal year 2021–2022.

Attached are the agenda and slides that will be presented in the webinar this Thursday, April 22nd from 10:00 am–12:00 pm regarding the new reporting mechanisms for Fiscal Year 2021-2022. This will include Waiver Requests, Budget Submissions and Cost Reporting.
The meeting is structured where the first 90 minutes will be used to present the changes to the cost reporting process and forms, with the remainder of the time for questions. Providers will also have the opportunity to submit feedback to ODP after the meeting once the draft instructions and templates are shared publicly, with all feedback submissions due two weeks after the release of the documents. Note that the purpose of this meeting is specifically to highlight for providers the goals and structure of updates to the ICF/ID cost reporting materials. We ask that other topics be addressed separately.
