New Times Available: One-on-One Incident Management Virtual Office Hours
Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) and Adult Community Autism Program (ACAP) providers are invited to sign up for a scheduled one-on-one virtual office hour to discuss incident management topics with ODP-BSASP. Providers may sign up for one 30-minute session, and multiple staff from the provider may join at the provider’s discretion. Topics for discussion may include: provider-specific IM issues or concerns; EIM reports; general questions about certified investigations; brainstorming ideas of how to improve “performance” related IM tasks; review of provider IM data and compliance; and discussion of provider trends.
We encourage AAW providers and ACAP to take advantage of this opportunity. Sessions are offered in 30-minutes intervals and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Now Available: Claim and Service Documentation Training
On August 4, 2022, a webinar was held that provided an overview of Bulletin 00-22-03, Technical Guidance for Claim and Service Documentation. The recording of this presentation is now available.
As a follow up to the August 4 webinar, a virtual office hour has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 4, 2022, from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) will address frequently asked questions and reserve time to answer additional questions. Attendees are encouraged to view the August webinar prior to the VOH.

Targeted Support Management Bulletin Training
ODP Announcement 22-011 announces that, in preparation for revisions to the Targeted Support Management (TSM) Bulletin, the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is offering training for Supports Coordination Organizations (SCOs) and Administrative Entities (AEs) that covers important updated information to the soon-to-be-released TSM Bulletin.
Training can be found on MyODP. The course “Understanding and Implementing the Targeted Support Management Bulletin #00-22-01” is available now.
Additionally, ODP will be offering an accompanying virtual office hour (VOH) session where ODP leadership will be available to address any TSM-related questions. The VOH session is scheduled for March 1, 2022, from 2:00 pm–3:00 pm and is open by registration only. Prior to registering for the VOH, ODP recommends participants review both the draft TSM Bulletin and the “Understanding and Implementing the Targeted Support Management Bulletin” webcast.

Providers may sign up for one 30-minute session, and multiple staff from the provider may join at the provider’s discretion. Topics for discussion may include: provider-specific IM issues or concerns; EIM reports; general questions about certified investigations; brainstorming ideas of how to improve “performance” related IM tasks; review of provider IM data and compliance; discussion of provider trends; etc.
Due to the positive feedback received from attendees of our previous sessions, ODP will be offering additional 30-minute sessions on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sessions begin Wednesday, March 9, 2022, with the first scheduled session beginning at 12:30 pm.
