ISAC Convenes to Share System Updates

On October 20, 2026, the Information Sharing and Advisory Committee (ISAC) convened its stakeholder group to share updates from the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). The updates included information regarding the revision of several sections of the current Chapter 6100 regulations as well as new regulatory language that will address Performance-Based Contracting, services rendered during participant travel, and services provided by relatives.

 

In addition to the Chapter 6100 updates, the stakeholders were briefed on the following topics (see links for slide decks):
