ISAC Votes to Adopt CPS Recommendations

On August 18, 2026, the Information Sharing and Advisory Committee (ISAC) met to review and discuss the recently drafted Community Participation Supports (CPS) recommendations. The recommendations seek to revise the current CPS services and focus on five overarching areas of change to the services. The full text of the recommendations can be found here. 

Following extensive deliberation, the committee voted to adopt the recommendations.

In the near future, the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) will begin assembling work groups that will work to operationalize the recommendations. RCPA members will be notified of the opportunity to participate in these work groups as further information becomes available.

Members are encouraged to review the recommendations to gauge the impact in their organization.
