THIS IS PORTAL AUTHENTICATOR WIDGET. THIS WON'T BE VISIBLE ON PUBLISHED PAGE.

RCPA is forming a Community of Practice focused on Life Sharing within Pennsylvania's IDD system. This group will provide an opportunity for members to connect with peers, exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and share successful strategies related to Life Sharing services.

Participation is open to all interested RCPA members. However, this Community of Practice is intended to be an active and collaborative forum. Participants will be expected to:

  • Engage regularly in discussions and meetings;
  • Share experiences, case studies, and lessons learned;
  • Contribute best practices and innovative approaches from their organizations; and
  • Exchange resources, tools, and other relevant information that may benefit the field.

Active participation will be essential to the success of this group and to creating a valuable learning environment for all members.

If you are interested in participating, please respond to Tim Sohosky no later than September 11, 2026. Once participants have been identified, a kickoff meeting will be scheduled to discuss the group's goals, priorities, and meeting structure.

We look forward to bringing together professionals committed to advancing and strengthening Life Sharing services across Pennsylvania.

Thank you for your interest and consideration.
