The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has announced to all stakeholders that the most recent version of the AAW Provider Information Table is now available. The announcement,
ODPANN 26-073, has been reissued with a corrected link for the attachment:
AAW Provider Information Table. Additionally, several links within the Provider Information Table were corrected, and Appendix B: AAW Travel Policy Related to Service Definitions was updated.
This communication obsoletes and replaces ODP Announcement 25-002, Adult Autism Waiver Provider Information Table.
Some changes reflected in the renewal of the AAW effective July 1, 2026, include:
- Separating the Lifesharing service from the Residential Habilitation-Community Home service and creating a separate section for the Lifesharing service in the Provider Information Table;
- Adding clarifying language to the Specialized Skill Development service;
- Replacing the $10,000 lifetime funding limit on Assistive Technology devices with a $3,000 annual limit; and
- Including a new Appendix E on Teleservice Requirements for AAW services available via Teleservices.
Updated language and changes to services are
highlighted in gray.
