ODP Announces Updated Residential PBC FAQ

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared ODPANN 26-097 with stakeholders to announce that an updated Residential Provider Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) has been published.

 

This published FAQ resource has been developed from questions submitted during virtual office hours and provider forums as well as to the PBC Resource Account. Questions have been categorized by topic and performance measures. The FAQ can be accessed at Residential Provider Frequently Asked Questions web page.

 

Providers should continue to send questions electronically so that ODP can ensure they are answered consistently.
