ODP Shares Updated SCO PBC Performance Standards for Contract Year 2027/28

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has shared an update to ODPANN 26-075 and its attachment “2027 Supports Coordination Performance Standards, Measures, and Process Details.” This communication is to notify the field that ODP has made minor edits to the Supports Coordination Organization (SCO) Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) Performance Measures for the February – March 2027 data submission period.

Most updates involve typographical corrections, code number revisions, and updates to certification titles. However, the updates for SC-QDI.01.6 and SC-RN.01 are more substantive and should be closely reviewed.

Key Updates Include:

• SC-AC.01 – Deleted last line and swapped numerator and denominator.
• SC-EMP.01 – Reorganized procedure code list for clarity
• SC-PCP.01.2 – Removed number of days in the process details
• SC-PCP.02 – Added language clarifying use of IM4Q data
• SC-QDI.01.3 – Updated date and corrected numerator to inactive
• SC-QDI.01.6 – Different method described in process details
• SC-RN.01 – Edited process details to provide more detail
• SC-WF.01 – Updated certification titles and weblinks
