ODP PBC Tier Dispute Resolutions Expected Today, June 18

During the quarterly Residential Provider Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) Forum on June 10, 2026, the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) announced that the provider tier determination resolution process would conclude today, June 18, 2026. Providers who disputed their tier assignment should receive their official notification at some point today. Out of 410 total providers, ODP noted that 53 filed a dispute regarding their assigned PBC tier.
