ODP Provides Response, Additional Information on SCO PBC

RCPA, along with its ID/A Association partners, submitted written questions and feedback to the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) outlining several concerns and anticipated challenges regarding the implementation of Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) for Supports Coordination Organizations (SCO) on September 10, 2026.

 

ODP has now provided a written response addressing these concerns, along with additional details clarifying the Department’s efforts to mitigate potential challenges.

 

SCOs are encouraged to review ODP’s response carefully and submit any additional feedback or questions to Tim Sohosky.
