ODP Opens Registration for SCO Billing User Testing

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is offering a second round of optional ad hoc user testing sessions to give Support Coordination Organizations (SCO) and Administrative Entities (AE) the opportunity to explore upcoming SCO monthly billing updates and system enhancements within HCSIS.

These sessions are intended to help users become familiar with system changes ahead of implementation and to provide an opportunity to test functionality in the training environment. Registration is required. Priority for testing will be given to SCOs. For more information, please see ODPANN 26-098.

Testing Schedule 

• November 9, 2026: Session 1, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• November 9, 2026: Session 2, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
• November 10, 2026: Session 1, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
• November 10, 2026: Session 2, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
