The Department of Human Services (DHS) has answers to your frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the Rapid Response Stabilization Program — Round 2.


Please make sure to review the FAQs prior to submitting an eligibility certification and attachments. The Department will begin accepting eligibility certifications at 8:00 am on Monday, August 17, 2026.
