RCPA Releases Updated H.R. 1 Medicaid Resource Guide: Updated August 17

As part of RCPA’s ongoing efforts for guiding members and stakeholders through the H.R. 1 implementation process, we have updated the RCPA H.R. 1 Medicaid Resource Guide. The guide is designed to provide education and resources for the changes that are set to occur at the State and Federal levels. This edition features newly released Federal and State guidance, including clarifications from the CMS Interim Final Guidance on Community Engagement Requirements (CER) and six-month renewal processes. You can also view the CER Exemption Verification Fact Sheet for additional information.  

RCPA will continue to update this guide as implementation proceeds and information becomes available. These proposed standards are set to take effect January 1, 2027.
