Harrisburg, PA (April 1, 2026) – Keystone Human Services and Mikayla’s Voice are proud to announce their official merger, effective April 1, 2026. Together, these mission-driven organizations are working to create welcoming environments and empower people with and without disabilities so everyone can thrive.
