Release of PBC Residential Services Manual Now Available on MyODP

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has issued ODPANN 26-074 to inform stakeholders of the release of the updated Performance-Based Contracting (PBC) Residential Services Manual. This updated manual provides revised guidance to support consistent implementation of PBC requirements across residential service providers and strengthens alignment with current ODP policy and quality expectations.
