The 2026 RCPA Conference is focused on our theme, Power in Purpose, Promoting Possibilities, and what that can mean for both the individual and organizations within health and human services. With over 60 workshops, attendees will have access to up to 114.5 CEs, teaching them the skills, providing them with tools, and bringing awareness to activities and resources that will help beyond the conference center at Hershey, PA.

Register via this link, or view our Registration Brochure. You will gain access to these workshops as well as four unique keynote speakers, whose words and perspectives can help you unlock new possibilities!

Dave Raymond of Raymond Entertainment "Emperor of Fun" will kick off our Conference Tuesday, September 29, with a discussion on happiness. Tackling the emotion as a serious, scientific topic, Dave will share his personal journey as a renowned sports mascot and stress the importance of genuine happiness to one's well-being.

You can get a taste of what Dave is all about in his interview with HBO Real Sports

Judge Victor Reyes (Ret.) will start our Wednesday morning with an in-depth analysis of the intersection between personal and organizational values. By asking attendees to identify their personal values, he will explain how these core beliefs shape interactions with co-workers, leaders, and organizations as a whole. Organizations that recognize the values their employees hold become more cohesive and, thus, more successful in achieving their goals.

Ed Krow will set the tone for our Thursday round of workshops by redefining leadership as a mindset and a skillset accessible to anyone willing to grow. Ed challenges the traditional view of leadership as positional power and will introduce leadership as a daily act of influence, driven by character, guided by priorities, and grounded in service to others, proving that anyone can lead with intention, no matter their role within their organization.

Wrapping up our 2026 Conference is Jennifer Lynn Robinson, Esquire. After suffering a traumatic brain injury, Jennifer discovered strengths and abilities she never knew she had. Her story promises to motivate audiences to embrace change, lean on their support systems, and recognize that even the hardest moments can open the door to unexpected opportunities.

Register for the 2026 Conference today for all this and more!
