Deadline to Submit Redetermination Notice for PBC Appeal, Tier Assignment is June 15, 2026

This is a reminder to all Providers that the deadline to submit a redetermination notice for a Performance-Based Contracting appeal or tier assignment review is Monday, June 15, 2026. The original determination letters were distributed by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) on May 14. Providers should reference their original determination letter for instructions on how appeal notices must be filed. 

Your notice must be received in person by June 15 or postmarked no later than June 15 to meet the ODP deadline.
