ID/A Associations Request Fee Schedule Rate Review

RCPA, in conjunction with several Pennsylvania ID/A Associations, has submitted a formal request to the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) asking that the statutorily required 3-year rate refresh be initiated immediately. Per Chapter 6100.571(c), the Department must complete a rate refresh at least every three years. The current rates were refreshed during a process initiated in 2023. 

RCPA continues to advocate for rates that are reflective of actual costs that providers are incurring. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
