The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has
issued FAQs to help providers prepare for the November 19, 2026, Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) Update. This update will launch a new Scoring Summary and in-app Clinical Reviewer training.
The enhancements to the tool will impact any screenings with outstanding disagreements from the Clinical Review at launch. When the new Scoring Summary launches, any screenings with outstanding disagreements will have their Clinical Review cleared from the record and will need to be completed again.
To ensure no work is lost, Raters and Reviewers must work together to finalize any screenings with outstanding disagreements no later than November 17, 2026.
It is recommended that each provider run the Standard Report “Clinical Reviews with Outstanding Disagreements” to confirm the individuals whose HRST requires resolution of the outstanding disagreements by November 17, 2026. To access this report from HRST, go to
Persons Served > Reports > Standard Reports > Compliance > Clinical Reviews > Clinical Reviews with Outstanding Disagreements.
