ODP Extends Opportunity for Residential Providers to Participate in the 2025–26 IM4Q External Evaluation

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has extended the opportunity for residential providers to participate in an external evaluation of the Independent Monitoring for Quality (IM4Q) process. The QuestionPro survey will now close on June 30, 2026.

 

ODP encourages all residential providers to complete the survey. To date, 65 agencies have completed the survey, while 72 agencies have started but not yet submitted their responses.
