OMHSAS Issues New Bulletin for TMS Services

The Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) has issued Bulletin OMHSAS-26-04 Requirements for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) in OMHSAS-licensed Psychiatric Outpatient Clinics. The purpose of this bulletin is to advise providers that all staff providing TMS services in Psychiatric Outpatient Clinics must meet one of the recognized professional staff classifications as defined in 55 Pa. Code § 5200.3 (relating to definitions).
