The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) encourages individuals and families to use COMPASS as a single access point for benefits, including Medicaid, Cash Assistance, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

 

Why Should I Create a COMPASS Account?

  • Reduce errors.
  • Save and return later.
  • Track application or renewal status.
  • Available anytime and anywhere.
  • Faster delivery.
  • Upload documents electronically.
  • Conveniently report changes.
  • Secure recordkeeping.
  • View balance and past transactions.
  • Available in English and Spanish.

 

To create a COMPASS account, visit the website or download the app (Google Play Store | Apple App Store), click “log in” then “create an account,” follow the instructions, and submit your account form.
