What is RESI?

Rehabilitation and Educational Services, Inc.'s (RESI) mission is to improve the delivery of services to vulnerable and underserved individuals through research and education of providers, policymakers, lawmakers, the public, and the individuals receiving care through these systems. RESI will achieve its mission predominantly through research-based initiatives, publishing and disseminating its findings to key stakeholders to improve service delivery in multiple ways and at multiple levels.

As a 501(c)(3), RESI will seek grant funding to fulfill its mission. It will operate under its own set of bylaws and Board of Directors and work with key partners in carrying out its work.

Executive Director: Jason Snyder

As RESI Executive Director, Jason Snyder is responsible for leading the organization’s efforts to improve the services delivered to individuals served by Pennsylvania’s human services system. Through relationships with members of RCPA and partnerships outside the association, as well as leadership experience in health care, nonprofit management, government, policy, and advocacy, Jason guides RESI in establishing priorities and a strategic vision as well as the execution of both. In addition to his role with RESI, Jason also serves as SUD Treatment Services Policy Director for RCPA, where he is responsible for leading RCPA’s SUD treatment provider members in developing and executing effective strategies to influence policy, regulations, and legislation in ways that enhance the environment in which they operate.
